Join us for a lively program and panel discussion on why the wage gap between men and women persists, how it impacts individuals, families and communities, and actions we can take towards fair pay.

Non-profit organizations and government agencies will also conduct informational workshops on other topics helpful to employers, small businesses, and working women! These topics will include workplace flexibility, paid sick leave, and government resources for small, women owned businesses.
